Mr. Gok Keiji Visited the College with His Delegation of Soka University March 7, 2016

On the morning of March 5, Mr. Gok Keiji, a senior member of Soka Gakkai Society, honorary citizen of Dalian City, and President of Japan-China Friendship Association of Japan Ishikawa Prefecture, headed a visiting team of Soka University, and arrived at Dalian Art College. The 4F of library, which was supposed to be quiet before the school began, now was overflown with a smell of ink as we were making friends via calligraphy with laughs. Soka University Professor Koyama, the students of the calligraphy department, together with the vice dean of the School of Fine Arts, Li Dongsheng and Professor Wan Ruijie, created the long-scroll "Pen Club of Dalian Art College and Soka University", symbolizing the two schools' more in-depth exchange in culture and art.

During the visit of the delegation to Japan, they were received by Mr. Gok Keiji with much collegeity so that everyone cherished. This time, Mr. Gok Keiji intimately talked about the importance that Mr. Ikeda Daisaku, the founder of Soka University, had paid to communicate with Dalian Art College and the delegation¡¯s visit recently. He believed that every time he can feel the change and innovation of Dalian Art College and he wished our college a greater contribution to international cultural exchange and art exchange.
