Recently, the 40th Asian Hairstyles Contest was held in Hong Kong. Wu Ming, a student of Grade 2015 majoring in character image design, competed with other elites from 16 countries and region on the same stage, including Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore. Under the guidance of the young teacher Han Ming,Wu Di won the "Bride Make-up and Creative Design Novice" Excellence Award.

It is reported that the Asian Hairstyling & Make up Competition began in 1976 and has been supported by more than 16 countries and regions in Asia throughout the past 40 years. It is the largest, highest and the most influential event on this continent, and set a benchmark of the Asian fashion industry.

This time, the competition attracted dozens of domestic media coverage and tracking, creating a chance for participants to keep a close contact with the fashion celebrities, and it was also a test of what the school has taught in practice.
