On March 24, the lecture related to “how to do pioneering work for graduates” organized by Recruitment and Employment Office was held at the lecture hall of the library, and Management Office Director Lin Zhigao of culture and technology creative park of our College took Entrepreneurship Thinking Model as subject and shared entrepreneurship experience to all students by combining his own work experience, and each secretary and student representative from each secondary college carefully attended the lecture.
 

In the report, Director Lin Zhigao took various entrepreneurship thinking models as the mainline, his entrepreneurship cases at each stage as argument, demonstrated entrepreneurship objectives, modes and necessary conditions from different point which made students find themselves in an entirely new world. In the meantime, Director Lin Zhigao interacted with students on the scene from time to time and encouraged students to bravely tell their own thought, and then he remarked on it. The atmosphere on the scene was extremely active.
In the end, Director Lin Zhigao encouraged students of our College to be brave in entrepreneurship, because we had connate entrepreneurship advantages, and the culture and technology creative park would provide follow-up guarantee for students who intended to do pioneering work to strengthen their confidence in entrepreneurship and give them systematical entrepreneurship guidance which greatly increases success probability of student entrepreneurship.
Lin Zhigao was the Management Office Director of culture and technology creative park of Dalian Art College, and at the same time held the post of distinguished entrepreneurship mentor of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Polytechnic University and Liaoning Normal University and standing director of Dalian Youth Venture Promotion Association; he successively completed over 10 projects related to entrepreneurship such as overall planning and implementation of 2003 China • Liaoning and Dalian Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Week and operation and implementation of Dalian Youth Entrepreneurship and Creativity Industry Demonstration Base. He also had rich theoretical basis and practice experience in guiding graduates and youth entrepreneurship.
