An interesting “Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum” as for art students was held in the new campus on May 10. The most representative and famous art colleges inclusive of Central Conservatory of Music, Beijing Dance Academy and Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology assigned the leaders in their Employment Department and Personnel Department to participate in the Forum. The Forum centers on the concerned employment issue of art students, starting with how to drive the professional quality and comprehensive quality of art students and deeply discussing how to integrate into the society, specify employment direction and capture entrepreneurship projects. The college also discussed the topic “how to co-build a national-level culture industry base” with the participators. 
        The college has built an employment service system for the whole staff in all directions for several years, opened the course of occupational career planning for college students, founded the post-bachelor moving station for the graduators continuing a further education, proactively expanded employment channels through entrepreneurship seminar, opening courses related to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship policy consultation, encouraged students to make a business smoothly and successfully and thus bring more employment opportunities for the young students. The college also established 2 million Yuan as student venture fund. The forum is held to make the leading and practical achievements benefit more art students through broadcasting the ideas and advancing the work innovatively.
