It has been more than one month since the first performance of the large-scale stage play Silk Road • The Youth. Now the performance team has kept polishing it to expect its next blossoming.

Music is the foundation of the stage play. In order to make the music of Silk Road • The Youth be characteristic, the music creation team had undertaken the adjustment after the first performance and limited the music to about 60 minutes. Gao Dalin, the art director of the college introduced that: "In order to distinguish the music characteristics of every country and district, the troupe has refitted some certain instruments and practiced the performance. The mighty symphony has made us seethe with excitement again."

Sometimes the art needs an addition, while sometimes it also needs a subtraction. What's more, the individual dance and the running order will be deleted or adjusted. The member of the dance troupe have to get familiar with the moves and the performance order by practicing one move after another and one expression after another.

Every modification in the music and the script meant all the members of the chorus had to recite the music book and the script. However, as long as the passion was there, all of that would be worthy. Every modification required the melody and the lyrics must be mastered within a extremely short time.

Gao Dalin, the art director of the college said that: "The polished Silk Road • The Youth will be more exquisite and compact in plot, more perfect in aesthetic treatment, and have risings and fallings in rhythm that it's worthy of expecting.
