Liu Zhan is an associate professor and a member of the Communist Party of China.  He graduated from Liaoning Normal University with a Bachelor of Law degree. He was awarded a Master of Engineering degree with a major of Transportation Planning and Management from Dalian Maritime University. He was hired by the Department of International Business at the Dalian Art College. He was in charge of the teaching management, and acted as a core course lecturer in the major of International Trade and Logistics Management in 2002. At that time he won the title of “advanced worker” for successive 5 years and rated as “honorable outstanding member of the Communist Party” and “outstanding teacher” for 3 successive years. He acted as the Vice Director in the Department of International Trade at the Dalian Art College, taking full charge of teaching management of the whole department in May, 2009. In 2012 he became the Vice Dean of the School of Music in Dalian Art College, taking charge of teaching management and construction. He has undertaken over 10 provincial-level and college-level researches, winning 2 “scientific research achievement awards” at the Liaoning Vocational and Technical Education Academy and 1 “second prize” in the 6th higher education outstanding achievements in Liaoning Province. He has written five major books related to Traffic and Transportation, including 320,000 characters in total. He has published over ten papers related to academic research and teaching research in various academic publications.
