The practice week in 2014 was consummated on May 30. During the period, each unit elaborately made preparations and pushed out the selected practice activities and selected projects for top-notch talents with professional characteristics. 74 practice activities were organized in total.
   
  The practice week activity was sponsored by Administrative Center of Practical Teaching and undertook by each teaching department. The School of Communication & Media held 7 characteristic activities in practice week inclusive of films and television programs exhibition and chorus competition. The chorus competition was held taking the class as one unit, demonstrating the versatile performance talents of the students, and the activity site is hot. The School of Film & Television put on two dramas No Burying Soul and Invisible Connection during the period. The two works condensing the industrious sweat and exquisite skills of the teachers and students win the consistent appraise from the school leaders. The School of Fine Arts took the lead to hold “Exhibition of Excellent Works of 2014 Graduates in Dalian Art College” together with School of Art & Design and School of Communication & Media. The exhibition began in Floor 1 of the library on May 28, exhibiting over 200 works and the artistic creation level of our students. The School of Music carried out over 10 professional practice activities during the period. Wherein, the third campus dance competition fully showed the outstanding skills and upward spirits of the students. The major of Musical organized the fourth undergraduate art exhibition, showing their exquisite playing skills to the teachers and students and winning the applause from the audiences. The School of Management organized 9 projects, such as “Footprint · Impression – theme exhibition of discovery of urban culture”, “competition of founding virtual express companies”, “competition of application skills in accountant positions” and “competition of business Japanese skills”. Each project embodies professional features with rigorous organization and innovation.
