On September 22, “Ode to Peace” - Art Innovation and Practical Teaching Seminar was held in Shenyang Huangchao Wanxin Hotel. MENG Fanhua – the member of CPPCC Standing Committee of Liaoning Province, SUN Hualin – the deputy director of the Department of Education of Liaoning Province, ZHU Entian – the previous director of Liaoning College Setting Evaluation Committee, QIU Chenghe – the secretary of the party group of People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Liaoning Province, SUN Delan - the secretary-general of People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Liaoning Province and CHEN Tie – the chairman of China-Japan Friendship Association of Liaoning Province and the leaders of colleges and universities of China in Shenyang participated in the seminar.

      The seminar was hosted by WANG Jin – the executive chairman of our college. RUAN Zhenming – the professor and writer of “Ode to Peace” introduced the writing procedure and characteristics of the contents to the guests. WANG Xianzxhang – the professor and deputy dean of our college introduced our new talent training mode based on the platform of play performance. SUN Haitao – deputy director of Scientific Research Office described that we continued our teaching research based on the performance of “Ode to Peace” and have achieved abundant scientific fruits though deepening research and innovative art practical teaching mode.
　　The guests showed their appreciation for our practical teaching mode. SUN Hualin – the deputy director of the Department of Education of Liaoning Province said that the seminar conformed to the spirit of transformation of higher educational institution and the talent training of Dalian Art College is in the front of similar colleges in Liaoning Province. CHEN Tie – the chairman of China-Japan Friendship Association of Liaoning Province said that Dalian Art College as a higher educational institute provided many great works for people-to-people diplomacy and whatever was “Johann Adam Schall von Bell”, “Soul of Cherry” or “Ode to Peace”, they have made a great contribution for people-to-people cultural exchange. FENG Yuzhong – the famous economist, socialist and the previous dean of Liaoning University said that they were a private college but they made such great achievement in Liaoning and it was really touching. As the educational worker, he wished we could go further on the development road leading to the future and ranked the top among private colleges in China.
　　   In the end, JIANG Maofa – the dean of Dalian Art College made a summary report. WANG Junxian, JIANG Maofa and YU Aihua accompanied guests to watch a large audio – visual epic “Ode to Peace”.
