A Delegation from the Paris Institute of Higher Education Visited Our College to Exchange Views October 31, 2016

Recently, Mr. Olivier De Lagarde, Chairman and President of the Paris Institute of Higher Education and Mr. Thomas Jallaud, Director of the French Fabre Education Cooperation Center visited our school for exchange of views and signed a memorandum of cooperation to lay a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two universities. President Jiang Maofa, Vice President Liang Yun, Dean Huang Xiaoxiaoof the School of Film and Television, and its Secretary General Chi Zuoqing warmly received the French delegation in the conference room of the International Cooperation and Exchange Center and addressed a welcoming speech by Vice President Liang Yun. The delegation introduced in detail the progress of our college and the French delegates expressed their sincere admiration for the quality and pace of development of our school.

 

After the exchange was over, President Jiang Maofa signed the Memorandum of Friendship and Cooperation between Dalian Art College and the Paris Institute of Higher Education in France with Mr. Olivier De Lagarde, Chairman and President of the Paris Institute of Higher Education. They also signed a Three-party Memorandum of Cooperation between Dalian Art College and the Paris Institute of Higher Education in France with Huang Xiaoxiao, the Dean of the School of Film and Television, and Mr. Li Zheng. Dean Huang Xiapoxiao was recognized as the Dean of the School of Performance and Fashion Arts of the Paris Institute of Higher Education in Dalian, and Mr. Zhang Bochen the Vice Dean. Finally, Mr. Olivier De Lagarde, Chairman and President of the Paris Institute of Higher Education in France, awarded Ms. Huang Xiaoxiao an honorary professor title and a visiting tutor certificate of the Paris Institute of Higher Education in France.

 

After the ceremony, French delegates exchanged cordially with our students and warmly invited our students to France to broaden their horizons.
