On September 10, the college celebrated its 32th Teacher's Day. Wang Xianjun, Chairman of the College, Jiang Maofa, Dean of the College, and Yu Aihua, Secretary of Party Committee and other school leaders attended the conference. Wang Yinzhang, Vice President of the college, presided over the conference.

To honor advanced individuals and establish examples the conference awarded a number of outstanding teaching individuals and teams with the certificate of honor. First, President Jiang Maofa read out the "Decision on Recognition of Teachers' Moral Models, Excellent Teachers, Excellent Counselors and Advanced Teaching Collective in the 2015-2016 School Year"; Associate Dean Liu Yongfu read out "the Decision About Awards of Individuals with Outstanding Contribution in School Year". A total of 4 teachers’ moral models, 71 outstanding teachers, 10 outstanding counselors and 10 advanced teaching collectives were selected and recognized of their hard work and selfless contributions in their respective posts, their contributions to the development of the college. Leaders of the College presented awards to the winners.

Later, Yu Aihua, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, read out the Notice on Division of Work among College Leadership and pointed out that the past year was a fruitful year for the college construction and an advancing year for the innovation and development of the college construction. year. At the same time, according to the current situation and tasks,  Secretary Yu Aihua made the following suggestions on behalf of the Party Committee: First, to further deepen the achievements of "two studies and one education"; second, to further strengthen the building of ethics and third, to go all out to do a good job in the final assessment of qualified work.

Then, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Chairman Wang Xianjun extended warm congratulations to the outstanding teachers, excellent counselors and advanced teaching collectives for their recognition, and greetings to all the teachers who have worked hard for the construction and development of the college. He said that education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress as well as an important way to enhance people's overall quality and promote all-round development. This year marks the first year of the 13th Five-Year Plan and a crucial year for the development of the college . To this end, Chairman Wang Xianjun put forward the following requirements and hopes to all faculty members: First, we must adhere to the ideal, belief and pursuit of education; second, we must uphold the great love and conscience of teachers; third, we must uphold the dignity and nobleness of teachers.
