Works of Our School of Film and Television Won the Good Result in the Fifth Tianjin College Students Stage Play Invitational Tournament

From May 25 to 29, the Fifth Tianjin College Students Stage Play Invitational Tournament sponsored by Tianjin Dramatists Association and undertaken by Tianjin Broadcasting and TV Station was held in Tianjin Conservatory of Music. The Moonlit Wasteland created by our School of Film and Television stood out among numerous entries, and won the first place with 97.01 points.

The competition has one first prize, one second prize and one third prize. The competition had higher requirement for participant schools, including Central Academy of Drama, Beijing Normal University, Nankai University and many other colleges and universities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Since receiving entry invitation, teacher Zhang Han from School of Film and Television led 2013-grade students Lu Xiangzhu and Xu Dinghao, as well as 2014-grade student Liu Shuaifu to make use of their spare time to make constant modification and rehearsal, finally won the first prize through the fierce competition. Gao Changde, the chairman of Tianjin Dramatist Association, gave high evaluation to the works: “first of all, its material is very good; secondly, the director can grasp the works very carefully; and thirdly, young students can shape the role so accurately, which is rare”.
