In nearly three years of college life, she could make strict demands on herself in all aspects and make efforts to become an outstanding college student who develop morally, intellectually and physically. She was selected as the league branch secretary of the class by her confidence and excellent organizational skills, and then took the lead to organize the active cooperation for the colleges' various activities. In the eyes of He Yameng, the school, college and class were her home, she regarded her classmates as her own brothers and sisters, adhered to the idea of "we are a family who are kind to each other and love each other", thought of her classmates everywhere, attached importance to the classmates' interests, established very high credibility among her classmates, and took the lead in various work.
He Yameng not only made continuous efforts in the work and life, but also took the lead on the road of professional learning. Each gorgeous stage comes from the practice and rehearsal overnight. He Yameng said that what impressed her most was the program Convention of Chinese Folk Song. She had to stay up to midnight hour and rehearsed the new dance repeatedly. Because she had to contact the different styles of national customs, she suffered from the lumbar disc herniation due to the strain of lumbar muscles in the one and half months. But with the love of the dance, she still bore the pain to participate in each practice provided by the college.
He Yameng's excellent quality and moral accomplishment of being diligent and enterprising, optimistic and open-minded, solidarity and cooperation embodied in the work, study and life displayed the spiritual outlook of college students in the new era, which is worth learning.
