School of Culture and Art Management won the 2017 (Singapore) Global Brand Planning Competition China Regional Selection Match May 15, 2017

Two teams from M-star Studio and Runhai Brand Planning Studio of Dalian Art College School of Culture and Art Management, respectively, won the second and the thirdprize in the 2017 (Singapore) Global Brand Planning CompetitionChina Regional Selection Match on May 7!

 

It is reported that 2017 (Singapore) Global Brand Planning CompetitionChina Regional Selection Match was co-organized by the Global Chinese Marketing Federation (GCMF), the Ministry of Education Steering Committee for Economics and Trade Teaching of Colleges and Universities, ICC Commerce Chamber of Commerce Industry, CCPIT Commercial Sub-councils and China Business Culture Research Institution. The competition took the form of brand planning proposal explanation and on-site reply. Players were tested on their application of related brand management knowledge on brand planning based on the current brand operation status of SMEs. After a research on the business mode on the same basis, a planning proposal shall be generated aiming at promoting the enterprise brand.

This competition attracted 300 participating teams from the 116 colleges and universities, of which,   more than 150 teams of 84 colleges and universities entered the National Finals. There were many well-known 211 and 985 universities, causing the competition fierce. M-star studio's "Huachong Star Alliance - My CCTV Brand Planning Program", won the second prize of "2017 (Singapore) Global Brand Planning Competition China Regional Selection Match" ! It is a practical teaching result of the School of Culture and Art Management in cultural industry management field.

 

The third prize went to "Dalian Sea ChineseCulture and Art Training School Brand Planning Program" of Runhai Brand Planning Studio! Our college attaches great importance to cultivating the practical ability of students, and pays attention to the docking of students and social enterprises. Dalian Sea ChineseCulture and Art Training School is a comprehensive practice base of the School of Culture and Art Management, and an important link between our students and enterprises. Students in our college can go deep into the enterprise to understand its organizational structure and operation and management mode, which not only enhances their practical ability but also enriches their after-school cultural life.

Through this competition, each player had a deeper understanding of brand planning and attained an increase of actual combat experience. The competition is a fruitful result of multi-level and multi-faceted teaching at Dalian Art College. It is also a new concept of education which is actively combined with practice and teaching by the School of Culture and Art Management. It is actually a major achievement of teaching students practically. At the same time after this competition, the active thinking and advanced concepts, and solid professional skills of students from the School of Culture and Art Management were evidenced.
